Payment Methods
If you are interested in purchasing items on this site you may do so by contacting us by phone at (317)471-7696 or by e-mailing us at scott@eaglecreekbonsai.com. We accept cash, debit card, Visa, Master Card, Discover or PayPal. Orders can be shipped by US Mail, FedEx or you can choose to set up an appointment and pick up items directly from my greenhouse and bonsai garden.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including e-mail address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the customer is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift receipts. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates and billing addresses is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Shipping
We ship only within the United States. We cannot ship trees to Arizona, California or Hawaii.
We offer the following shipping options:
USPS Priority Mail
FedEx
The buyer pays the actual shipping cost, which includes the shipping and packing materials. I do not charge any other additional packaging or handling fees.
At Eagle Creek Bonsai, we want to assure that your tree arrives quickly and in healthy condition. Since we don't want your tree spending the weekend in a post office or warehouse, we ship trees only on Mondays and Tuesdays. We do not ship trees to PO Boxes. We will not ship tropical plants during the winter season. Tropical Plants should only be shipped when the weather is warm enough to avoid frost damage. <Back to home page
